We are seeking a skilled customer service professional to join our team as a Strata Support Consultant.

As a Strata Support Consultant, you will be responsible for responding to a high volume of inbound calls and emails from external clients, industry contacts, and internal branches.
You will also manage customer expectations about critical tasks and responsibilities, provide excellent customer service by being informative, courteous, and professional to all internal and external customers.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of customer service experience in a professional services industry such as insurance, financial services, real estate, etc. They should have a strong understanding of data entry and document administration skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
