About the role
To provide leadership and direction to the maintenance team, ensuring safety standards, effective maintenance schedules and standards are met.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the maintenance team in daily activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
* Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance procedures.
* Coordinate with the Maintenance Manager to schedule repairs and routine maintenance.
Qualifications and Skills
* Minimum 5 years' experience in maintenance in a manufacturing / mineral processing or heavy industry environment
* Proven experience in a maintenance role with leadership responsibilities.
* Strong understanding of maintenance machinery, tools, and systems.
