Head of Concierge
Up to $80k plus superannuation per annum (Depending on experience)

Our ambassadors' key focus is to ensure our clients and guests enjoy a remarkable experience; anticipating their needs – even before they do, saving precious time and enhancing the guest experience.
THE POSITION
* Lead concierge operations to deliver outstanding service for all guests and visitors
* Manage visitor registration, pass issuance, and building access accordingly with existing security policies and procedures, proactively act in a manner that supports a healthy and safe work environment
* Liaise with stakeholders to always maintain a premium front-of-house environment and immaculate presentation of the reception.
* Support the Guest Experience Manager with reporting, compliance, and training delivery
* Act as a key contact for all guest-related enquiries
* Develop and maintain excellent relationship with client on site, respond to client feedback professionally and action service improvements where needed
THE PERSON
* Proven experience in a leadership capacity within corporate concierge, hotel reception, or guest services environment
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor others
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
* Able to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities
* Flexible, proactive, and solution-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
* Holds or is willing to obtain a National Police Check
* As an Australian National Police Check is required for this role the successful applicant will need to hold Full time Australian working rights*
