Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled Site Manager to lead our construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of each project, ensuring they are completed on time and to the highest standard.
* You will plan, organise and control the programme, including undertaking daily site visits to ensure scope is completed and carrying out WHS/Quality checks.
* You will manage all site crew, including trades and sub-trades, to ensure they have the resources needed to complete the works.
* You will coordinate the timing and delivery of multiple trades across multiple projects, providing status reports to Project Managers.
* You will maintain high levels of communication and teamwork through direct communication and on-site meetings.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years working within a commercial construction environment (fit-out experience desirable).
* A valid Australian Driver's Licence.
* Trade qualifications in Cabinetmaking, Joinery, Carpentry or Shop Fitting.
* An OH&S White Card.
* Current First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain.
* Full legal working rights in Australia.
