We are looking for a dedicated and hard-working individual to join our contracts team.
Job Summary
This role is responsible for providing end-to-end contract administration and advisory services. The successful candidate will work closely with the team to ensure seamless contract management.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide contract administration and advisory services to support business operations;
* Prioritise and process new listings and contracts of sale in compliance with relevant legislation;
* Conduct property searches and company searches to facilitate smooth transactions;
* Communicate with solicitors on behalf of the organisation and seek guidance from the team leader where required;
* Provide best practice guidance to colleagues when required;
* Contribute to team projects and goals.
The ideal candidate will be based within the HQ team and will work Monday to Friday with a once-a-month Saturday shift paid at overtime.
Requirements
* Relevant conveyancing knowledge or skills would be highly advantageous;
* At least 3 years' experience in real estate administration or similar fast-paced industries;
* Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence in overcoming challenges over the phone;
* Exceptional computer skills in Microsoft O365 and database operation;
* Excellent time management, prioritisation and organisation skills;
* An ability to work autonomously as well as part of a wider collaborative team.
