As a Technician for Caloundra GWM you are part of the Pacific Gympie Dealership Group with 3 dealership locations between Gympie and the Sunshine Coast and you will have access to all of our brands such as GWM, Hyundai, Mitsubishi, Isuzu, Honda, Renault and JAC. The Pacific Gympie dealership group is family-owned and has been operating for over 20 years in the Gympie and Sunshine Coast region and provides jobs to over 90 people locally. You will be joining a friendly, and positive team who are passionate about all things automotive, achieving exceptional customer satisfaction and achieving high results.

What You’ll Do:
* Perform high-level diagnostics, repairs, and servicing across a wide range of vehicles
* Support and mentor junior technicians and apprentices
* Ensure all work meets manufacturer and safety standards
* Collaborate with service advisors to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
* Contribute to a positive team culture and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
* Trade qualification in Automotive (Light Vehicle)
* Minimum 5 years' hands-on experience in a similar role
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
* Sound knowledge of modern vehicle systems and scan tools
* A current driver’s licence
* A team player with a professional attitude and attention to detail
