**The Company**
Our client is a company that aims to provide public health services to those in restricted custodial environments. This contract is for 3 months with potential to extend.
**The Role**
Reporting to the HR Director this role will have a range of duties & responsibilities including:
- Taking job briefs from Hiring Managers, placing job advertisements, shortlisting applicants, conducting interviews where required (via Zoom, phone or face-to-face), phone screening and reference checking.
- Development and management of resourcing and research strategy including semi-search activity, Linked-in networking and development of relationships with industry groups/associations
- Liaise with external recruitment agencies and support of the agency supplier review and liaison process.
- Develop and interpret recruitment policies and procedures.
- Share ideas for communication plans to implement new changes/projects throughout the organisation.
- Provide input into human resource operational planning, process development, quality improvements across the recruitment and human resources function.
**Your Profile**
To be successful in securing this position, you will have the following:
- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Solid experience developing strong relationships with hiring managers
- Sound Microsoft Office skills specifically Excel and Word
- Experience managing Recruitment Software and reporting
- Exposure and/or knowledge of HR and general administrative processes and protocols
- Willingness to obtain and maintain National Police check clearance
- Willingness to obtain Working with Children's Check clearance
- Exposure with recruiting within Healthcare/Age Care or similar industries
- Valid Australian driver license
