We’re currently seeking a highly experienced and passionate: Pastry - Chef de Partie to join our dynamic team.

Your Role

As a Pastry Chef de Partie, you’ll be instrumental in delivering joyful guest experiences through your creativity, precision, and dedication to the craft. You will:

- Assist Senior Pastry Chefs in daily preparation and service
- Create high-quality plated desserts, buffet selections, and retail pastries
- Maintain consistency and excellence in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture

About You

This role requires a confident and capable pastry professional with proven experience. You must bring:

- Minimum 3years’ experience as a Pastry Chef in high-end volume operations
- Strong understanding of HACCP and food safety standards
- Expertise in buffet, plated desserts, and retail pastry production
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Passion for creating desserts that delight and inspire

This role requires: Minimum of Certificate 3 in Patisserie

Additional Information

To be successful, you’ll be able to: Work around a 24 hour, 7-day week roster including weekends and public holidays.
