COMPANY'S BACKGROUND: Agri Om was established in 2014 operates at the forefront of Australia's agricultural commodities sector, focusing on the sourcing, trading, and export of grain products such as chickpeas, lentils, sorghum, wheat, barley, canola, etc.

Agri Om focuses on both the domestic Australian market and international markets. Agri Om's major international markets are India sub-continent region, middle eastern countries and southeast Asian countries. Agri Om has been in the market for a decade now and is accredited as an Australian Trusted Trader (ATT) and is a member of Grain Trade Australia (GTA). The company's success relies on the ability to manage the complexities of commodity markets, optimize supply chains, and expand into international markets.

LOCATION: The position is based at Toowoomba, QLD 4350. This is a full-time position with minimum 38 hours a week. Flexibility is required for international travel, overtime, shift work (weekends) and during peak periods.

REPORTING TO: The position reports to the Supply and Distribution Manager and the Director of the company.

QUALIFICATION: Must hold at least a Bachelor or above equivalent to the Australian Qualification Framework (AQF) in the field of Business Management / International Business / Supply Chain.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Minimum three (3) years of full-time or equivalent work experience in a similar role dealing with markets in India sub-continent region / Middle eastern countries / Asia Pacific / Southeast Asian countries.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: We are seeking a commercially minded and data-driven Supply Chain Analyst to support and optimise end-to-end supply chain operations. This role is critical in ensuring product availability, improving forecasting accuracy, and driving efficiency across procurement, logistics, and inventory management.

· Analyse supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

· Develop and maintain demand forecasts aligned with seasonal cycles.

· Optimise inventory levels across warehouses and distribution channels.

· Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to ensure supply continuity.

· Monitor supplier performance and lead time variability.

· Identify and implement process improvements to reduce cost and inefficiencies.

· Prepare reports and dashboards for senior management decision-making.

· Support ERP system enhancements and data accuracy initiatives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $85,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
