Main Duties:
* Incident Investigation: Conduct thorough investigations into incidents that may affect gaming operations or compromise customer satisfaction. This includes reviewing CCTV footage to identify root causes and taking corrective actions as necessary.
* CCTV Review: Analyze CCTV footage to address customer inquiries related to gaming activities. Ensure all interactions with customers are professional, courteous, and responsive to their needs.
