CDA Tuggerah is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to drive new business growth, strengthen customer relationships, and expand our footprint within the construction sector. This is a high-impact role suited to someone who thrives on prospecting, building pipelines, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships. What You’ll Do Drive New Business: Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities Proactively cold call and generate leads through outbound activity Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients Build & Manage Relationships: Develop relationships with new and existing customers Understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions Respond to enquiries and follow up opportunities promptly Deliver Sales Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets and activity KPIs Maintain quotas across calls, appointments, and pipeline activity Contribute to annual sales goals and revenue growth Plan & Collaborate: Work closely with the Profit Centre Manager to win, retain, and grow accounts Assist with sales planning, forecasting, and marketing initiatives Attend client meetings and site visits as required Stay Organised & Insight-Driven: Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipelines (Pronto) Keep databases up to date with customer and prospect information Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity About You Sales Experience Proven experience in B2B sales or business development Strong track record of building pipelines and achieving targets Hunter Mindset Confident in cold calling, prospecting, and generating new business Energetic, driven, and results-focused Relationship Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build rapport and long-term customer relationships Industry Experience (Desirable) Exposure to construction, industrial, trade or related industries is advantageous but not essential Other Requirements Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred) Current Driver’s Licence Your New Company CDA Tuggerah is part of a high-performing sales environment with a strong focus on customer relationships and industry growth.
