About the Role
This key leadership position requires a high level of emotional intelligence, commercial awareness, and hands-on leadership skills. You will oversee 7–10 stores across NSW, leading a team of passionate sales professionals focused on building customer trust and closing sales through genuine consultation.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support Store Managers to deliver on sales and service targets
* Drive a consultative sales culture focused on customer outcomes
* Coach teams to sell with confidence and commercial awareness
* Ensure operational excellence across the region
* Collaborate with key teams to optimise performance
About You
To succeed in this role you will need:
* Strong multi-site retail leadership experience (ideally 7+ stores)
* Background in consultative, considered sales environments
* Experience leading teams selling high-value, design-led or home lifestyle products
* Hands-on and present leader who coaches in real-time
* High level of emotional intelligence and commercial awareness
