About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Security Technician (Trainee/Apprentice) to join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long term career in the security technology industry.
Working under the guidance of a Senior Security Technician, you will gain practical experience in installing and configuring a range of security systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Running and managing cabling for security systems
* Installing CCTV equipment
* Installing access control panels
* Configuring installed systems
* Troubleshooting and supporting maintenance of installed systems
About You: Our Ideal Candidate
You are someone who:
* Is confident using hand and power tools
* Has a genuine interest in technology and security systems
* Is eager to learn and develop practical trade skills
* Shows initiative, reliability, and a positive, can do attitude
* Enjoys problem solving and hands on work
Essential / Desired Requirements
Essential:
* Class C Driver's Licence
* White Card
* Working at Heights certification
* Own reliable vehicle
Desired (but not essential):
* Security Licence
* Cabler's Licence
* EWP (Elevated Work Platform) licence
