Pool Construction Labourer – North Lakes, QLD Join a growing pool construction company with ongoing work available and opportunities to develop your skills. We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Labourer to join our pool construction team based in North Lakes. This is a hands-on role working across residential pool builds, assisting with all stages of construction. About the Role You will work alongside experienced tradespeople and be involved in: Site preparation and clean-up Assisting with pool excavation and construction Manual handling of materials and equipment General labouring duties Maintaining a safe and tidy worksite Supporting various trades throughout the build process What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and positive attitude Physically fit and capable of manual labour Reliable and punctual Ability to work as part of a team White Card (essential) Current driver's licence and reliable transport (preferred) Previous construction, landscaping, concreting, excavation, or labouring experience is advantageous but not essential What's on Offer Immediate start available Competitive hourly rate based on experience Supportive team environment Variety of work across Brisbane Northside Ongoing work through to Christmas, with the opportunity for long-term employment for the right person Training and career progression opportunities within the pool construction industry If you're motivated, enjoy working outdoors, and want to be part of a growing team, we'd love to hear from you.
