Ballina Toyota is currently seeking a Receptionist to join our team and 'be the face' of our business. We provide continuous training & development programs to ensure your maximum potential is reached and aim to achieve our goal to become the #1 Dealership Group in Australia.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be well-presented with excellent communication skills. You will be a team player, flexible with a positive attitude, willing to support the dealership in providing 'oh what a feeling' experiences for our guests.
Primary responsibilities will include:
* Receiving and directly phone calls
* Greeting and announcing visitors
* Communicating with guests face-to-face, over the phone and via email
* Ensuring the presentation of the front office/showroom
* Maintaining office consumables as necessary
* Carry out various admin tasks for our sales, service, and parts departments
To be successful you will:
* Possess excellent communication skills
* Be professionally presented
* Have experience answering a busy switchboard/telephone system
* Be efficient with sound time management skills
* Have Intermediate computer skills – Word, Outlook, Excel, etc
