About The Role
The Contract Manager - Cleaning is responsible for a range of tasks, including but not limited to:
* To oversee the day-to-day cleaning operations according to contractual requirements
* Managing, training and mentoring staff
* Management of labour, rosters and consumable budget
* Attending monthly review meetings and report preparation
* Actively promoting a positive and safe work environment,
* Building and maintaining effective client relationships including problem solving
* Communication and compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
* Sales and business development
*** Occasional weekend work may be required.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will need to have;
* At least 3 years of cleaning management experience, leading mid/large teams on various shifts
* Previous experience developing and maintaining client relationships with stakeholders at all levels
* Ability to multi-task while having high attention to detail
* Strong problem solving and initiative skills
* Numeracy and budgeting ability
* Sound computer literacy
