Job Description:
* Develop Strategic A&P Plans: Drive brand awareness, sales growth, and market share across national FMCG channels.
* Conduct Market Reviews: Generate insights that inform brand positioning, pricing, and promotional strategies through consumer research.
* Manage End-to-End Brand Marketing: Plan, execute, and evaluate campaign performance, including media buying and public relations.
* Monitor Brand Performance: Analyze sales, demand forecasting, stock movement, and profitability to ensure effective market execution.
* Oversee Promotional Events: Ensure alignment with brand objectives through event management, merchandising, and digital content.
Requirements:
* 3-8 years of FMCG experience, ideally in the food industry.
* Tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
* Fluency in Chinese and English, with strong verbal, written, and reading skills in both languages.
* Strong organisational and negotiation skills, with problem-solving and data analysis abilities.
* Financial and commercial acumen, with experience in business planning, budget management, and building relationships.
