About the Role
* Provide effective management of the Paediatric Nursing Service, ensuring seamless delivery of patient care.
Requirements
* 5 years post-registration paediatric experience.
* Leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of success.
* Clinical expertise, with a focus on audit and research.

* Exceptional communication skills, with fluency, clarity, and effectiveness.
* Able to create a safe and supportive environment for staff.
* Prioritising workload and effective delegation.
In addition, the successful candidate will hold relevant qualifications, including a Registered RSCN/RN Child branch, formal teaching/mentoring qualification, Continuing Professional Development, and Paediatric Advanced Life Support/equivalent.
