Job Overview:
The Clinical Manager role has responsibility for the provision of clinical leadership and management to the site-based team members. The focus of this role is on the day-to-day delivery of excellence in quality care provision, ensuring all clinical governance and compliance targets are implemented and met.
Requirements:
* Mental health-related degree as a Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Occupational Therapist or Mental Health Nurse, OR a Mental Health Social Worker, with eligibility for related registration.
* Experience leading a multidisciplinary team or extensive experience as a Senior Clinician providing clinical support to a team.
* Highly developed communication skills and the ability to engage with consumers, advocate on their behalf and establish and maintain effective relationships with staff, clients, families & friends and stakeholders.
* Demonstrated experience in managing clinical governance, supervision and mentoring of staff, process development and monitoring, data capture and reporting to meet key contractual benchmarks.
* Current C class drivers licence
* Must be eligible to apply/currently hold a WWCC and NDIS worker screening
