Senior Project Designer
We are seeking a Senior Project Designer to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for leading the design process and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Your primary focus will be on managing the design development process, working closely with internal stakeholders and external consultants to ensure that designs meet client expectations and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the design development process for assigned projects;
* Develop and implement design management plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery;
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants to ensure design solutions align with client expectations and project requirements;
* Manage risk and opportunities associated with the design process;
* Negotiate and manage consultant agreements and monitor consultant performance and deliverables;
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent;
* Strong understanding of civil and structural design processes;
* Proven experience in design and construct civil infrastructure projects;
* Demonstrated ability to manage small teams and foster collaborative working relationships;
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
