The Role:
As our clients Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a warm and professional welcome while keeping front-of-house operations running smoothly. This is a 1-week contract role commencing on the 5th of January, with the possibility of extension.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Greeting clients and managing visitor sign-in processes
* Answering and directing calls with professionalism
* Coordinating mail, couriers, and office supply orders
* Maintaining a tidy, welcoming reception area
* Providing administrative support to the wider team
About You:
You're organised, confident, and enjoy keeping things running. With proven reception and admin experience, you bring strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with a smile.
