About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our Finance and Administration team on a Fixed Term Contract basis to cover a maternity leave.
Key Responsibilities:
* Receive, process, and manage customer orders with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring seamless coordination between sales, logistics, and customer service teams
* Ensure customer queries are addressed promptly, and service levels are consistently maintained to a high standard
* Coordinate with the Coogee transport team to ensure timely scheduling and dispatch of customer deliveries
* Liaise with internal production teams to ensure adequate inventories are held to meet customer needs
* Collaborate with the internal finance team to ensure the sales and invoicing cycle is completed accurately and on schedule
About You
We're looking for a highly motivated and organised individual who is:
* Strongly focused on achieving measurable outcomes and delivering results efficiently
* Experienced in dealing with customers and interdepartmental teams
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Experienced with finance or ERP systems such as Oracle is preferred; on-site training will be provided to the successful candidate
* Self-motivated with sound numeric, written and verbal communication skills
* Able to work independently or within a team environment
