We are looking for an experienced Service Technician who will work closely with the National Technical Solutions Manager and will be responsible for the service and installations of electronic security equipment for our clients.
The successful candidate will have the drive and willingness to work in a fast-paced and complex environment.
Duties include:
* Diagnoses and fault finding
* Conduct maintenance for Alarms, CCTV & Access Control systems.
* Liaising with customers on technical and service matters.
* Provide outstanding customer service to clients.
Skills and experience:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Electronic Security Service Technician.
* A valid VIC Installers License
* Open Registration Cabling License.
* White Card.
* A valid Driver's License.
* Experience with Alarms, CCTV, Access Control, and Intercom systems.
* Experience in Integriti, Gallagher, Tecom, Milestone & Lenel preferred.
* Ability to work unsupervised with attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A high level of accuracy and the ability to work well under pressure.
