**Assistant Department Manager - Fruit and Veg**:
**The Assistant Department Manager role exists to:
- **Support the Fruit and Veg Manager in the CFC operational performance across Quality Control, Inventory Management, and Replenishment activities in Fruit and Veg**
- **Support the Fruit and Veg Manager to supervise a team to provide an exceptional level of service to all Online customers by ensuring stock is available when required to support picking of Online orders**
- **Supervise the department in the absence of the Fruit and Veg Manager
**This role will report into the Fruit and Veg Manager.

**As the Assistant Department Manager - Fruit and Veg your key responsibilities will be to:
- **Spend time with the Fruit and Veg team to motivate, supervise, and guide the team to deliver results and drive best practice in the CFC,**
- **Support the Fruit and Veg Manager to supervise team to ensure good PI levels are maintained, overstocks are controlled, management of promotional screens, and fulfillment of Business to Business orders**
- **Review Voice of Customer (VOC) commentary daily with the Fresh Food Manager to ensure we are giving the customer the freshest stock**
- **Review OOS reports daily to determine how we can improve availability to the customer**
- **Collaborate with our Online Commercial and Online Replenishment teams to improve customer satisfaction**
- **Review the layouts to ensure it maintains the quality of the stock and the most efficient pick path of the Personal Shopper**
- **Support the Fruit and Veg Manager to identify and develop talent in the CFC to build a talent pipeline for our Woolworths Group**
- **Engage with other CFC teams to share best practice

**When you will be needed**:
**This is a part-time position requiring flexible availability to work as per business needs, including overnight and weekend shifts.
