Site Operations Coordinator Role
This challenging position involves coordinating and monitoring site activities, managing communications, responding to incidents, and ensuring the smooth functioning of cleaning and security services across designated locations.
Responsibilities
* Monitor CCTV systems and site activity to ensure safety and compliance
* Coordinate cleaning and security teams across multiple locations
* Respond to alarms, incidents, and service requests in real-time
* Maintain accurate logs and incident reports
* Communicate with site supervisors, clients, and emergency services as needed
* Ensure adherence to operational procedures and safety protocols
* Support rostering, shift coverage, and workforce coordination
Qualifications & Requirements
* Previous experience in a control room or operations coordination role preferred
* Strong communication and multitasking skills
* Familiarity with CCTV, radio, and dispatch systems
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond quickly to incidents
* Basic computer literacy and report writing skills
* Availability for shift work, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
* Security license or relevant certifications may be required depending on location
