Leadership Opportunity
This leadership role oversees project delivery and client relationships across a designated region.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Advocate for a safety-oriented culture with emphasis on personal accountability and team well-being.
* Direct and support a team of Project Managers in delivering high-impact projects on time and within budgetary constraints.
* Nurture and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
* Promote relevant products and services to drive after-sales growth.
* Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance performance, equipment reliability, and reduce maintenance costs.
* Ensure all Work in Progress is effectively tracked, managed, and closed in a timely manner.
* Coordinate the successful execution of new machine assembly, shutdowns, and other major project work.
* Provide high-level customer support and communication to key customer contacts at all levels, ensuring timely issue resolution.
Requirements for Success:
* Proven experience in management, technical, or business development roles within the mining or heavy equipment industry.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret technical data and reports.
* Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
* Business development experience, ideally at managerial level.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management abilities.
