About the role:
NT Christian Schools is seeking a committed Christian to join our System Office team as a People & Culture Administrator, supporting our campuses across the Northern Territory. In this pivotal role, you will provide high-level HR administration across the employee lifecycle; assisting with recruitment compliance and onboarding, preparing contracts and variations, maintaining accurate details in electronic filing records, monitoring staff accreditations, and ensuring compliance with Fair Work legislation and NTCS policies.
Working closely with People & Culture Business Partners, you will help maintain workforce integrity, support campus leaders, and strengthen the systems that enable our schools to flourish. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, HR administration experience, and a genuine commitment to modelling Christ-centred values in a professional environment.
