Wedgetail Roof Racks is growing and we're looking for a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Pick Packer to join our team in ourfactory in Bayswater. This role reports directly to the Team Leader and will suit someone who can follow instructions, show initiative, and bring a genuinely helpful attitude to the team.
What you'll be doing
* Picking and packing orders accurately (attention to detail is key)
* Despatch and preparing orders for collection
* Supporting the Team Leader with booking freight
* Loading and unloading trucks and vans
* Liaising with couriers and freight companies
* Using basic computer systems and an iPad for daily tasks
What we're looking for
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar warehouse / pick pack role
* Very high standard of English (spoken, reading and writing) — essential
* Physically fit and comfortable with a hands-on role
* Able to take instructions, work at pace, and also show initiative when needed
* Strong attention to detail and pride in getting it right
* Basic computer skills (and confident using an iPad)
* A positive, helpful nature and strong teamwork mindset
* Looking for long-term employment and keen to grow with the company
* A forklift licence is beneficial, or you must be willing to obtain one.
