A highly regarded, boutique real estate agency in the heart of the Inner West is expanding due to growth and is now seeking a driven and personable Senior Leasing Consultant / Assistant Property Manager to join their close-knit and supportive team.
Reporting directly to a dynamic and approachable Director, this role offers the opportunity to work alongside a genuinely lovely and experienced leader who values professionalism, collaboration, and career development. This agency is known for its fantastic culture, very low staff turnover, and a strong reputation in the local market.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Managing open homes and private inspections
* Processing rental applications and liaising with tenants and landlords
* Conducting ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
* Assisting the Director with Saturday auctions
* Supporting the property management team with day-to-day duties
* Maintaining strong relationships with clients and contributing to a positive team
What You'll Bring:
* Experience in leasing and/or property management
* A current Certificate of Registration (or Real Estate Licence)
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* A proactive, team-focused attitude
* A reliable car and valid driver's licence
