About The Centre
Welcome to Milestones Early Learning North Parramatta. We are a busy, vibrant child care centre offering 68 places. The centre is a split campus located near public transport with street parking available. We provide early education for three age groups. As part of the Affinity family, you will have opportunities for growth and development to realise your potential and goals. Professional development, mentoring and progression are highly valued in our centre and community.
About The Role
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
* Create long-lasting connections with your local community, including partnerships with families, and use marketing to strategically increase occupancy.
* Mentor and support the centre(s) to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards.
About You
* A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
* Strong experience in a Centre Manager role.
* A current Working with Children's Check.
* Experience in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.
