As a result of a well-placed role review, our existing Safety and Wellbeing Lead position has been elevated to Manager level. The review follows the recognition of evolving responsibilities, including those related to ongoing pandemic risk management requirements and the importance of embedding strategies supporting workplace psycho-social health and psychological safety.

Reporting to the Executive Manager, People and Safety, the Manager will work closely with key stakeholders including management peers and the Executive Team to lead and deliver a key operational and strategic program of work.
The role will advise and support senior management on risk management matters, ensure legislative compliance requirements are understood and met. The role will also lead a team of occupational health and safety professionals to deliver key initiatives, including those relating to workforce mental health and wellbeing, injury management, risk management and reporting, including presenting to the organisation's Audit and Risk Committee.
