Our practice is located in Moonah Tasmania. We are friendly ,traditional family GP clinic, and has been providing excellence services in healthcare to the community for long time.
We are currently seeking a motivated, highly enthusiastic, patient focused individual to join our supportive and passionate team .This position will be casual or part-time .
Main responsibilities
Front desk duties
Greeting and assisting patients.
Telephone duties of receiving and directing calls
Maintain confidentiality while managing patient records
Administrative tasks of patient care
Patient data entry using medical software (MD & Pracsoft)
Answering and redirecting emails
Collecting and processing payments
Billing and Batching – processing Medicare Online and DVA claims
General office duties including filing, faxing, photocopying, scanning, opening and distributing mail.
To be great fit this role, you will have:
- Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- Excellent customer service skills
- The ability to build rapport and connection with our patients
- Be adaptable and flexible to change
- Have reasonable IT skills
- The ability to speak Chinese ( Mandarin or Cantonses) is highly desirable
Experience is preferred but training will be provided
