About the Role As a strategic partner to operations and support functions, you will serve as an expert guide and supporter in alignment with our company objectives and values. The role involves managing day-to-day HR operational matters, partnering with General Managers and Operations Managers to design and implement people plans, coaching and mentoring line managers, and providing direction on strengthening employee engagement within the business. You will act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR issues, conduct investigations, and handle employee grievances in line with company policy and legislation.
