Your Day-to-Day
As the first point of contact for patients, you\'ll play a key role in delivering a high standard of care and ensuring clinic operations run smoothly.
In thismulti-site role, you\'ll be rostered across several of our Southern Gold Coast clinics all are only 5km away from each other, so flexibility and reliable transport are essential.
Responsibilities
* Welcoming and checking in patients
* Answering phones and managing email enquiries
* Booking and rescheduling appointments using our RIS system (Karisma)
* Advising patients on preparation requirements
* Quoting fees and processing payments
* Handling DVA and third-party claims
* Supporting our clinical teams to provide smooth and efficient patient care
What You\'ll Bring
* A warm, professional, and approachable personality
* Proven experience in reception, healthcare, or customer-facing roles (radiology experience a bonus!)
* Strong attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure
* Flexibility to work across multiple locations
* A currentdriver\'s licence and reliable vehicle
* A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
* Confidence using computer systems and managing multiple tasks
