This is a Recruitment Pool for Permanent Full-Time / Part-Time and Fixed Term Full-Time / Part-Time appointments. What is our Aboriginal Health Liaison Officer role?
This position liaises and negotiates with Aboriginal patients, their families, health professionals, government and non-government service providers, on issues relating to the health and welfare of Aboriginal patients in the Perth metropolitan region; will provide cultural support and health education across Public Health services to improve the Aboriginal patient journey.
