**The Role**
An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Canberra office for a full-time Receptionist. Reporting to the Office Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Answering internal and external calls;
- Meeting and greeting valued clients and visitors;
- Booking meeting rooms;
- Ordering and receiving couriers;
- Word processing and data entry,
- General day-to-day assistance with administrative tasks as required; and
- Catering assistance if required.
The standard working hours for this role are between 9am to 5:30pm.
