About The Role
We are expanding and have exciting leadership opportunities across Victoria. As we prepare to open new stores in Emporium, Chadstone, Highpoint, and Doncaster in 2025, we seek exceptional talent aligned with our vision and culture to deliver meaningful experiences to our customers. This role reports to the Victorian Cluster Manager and collaborates with key stakeholders. The main responsibilities include:
* Maintaining exceptional service standards by leading through communication and customer engagement.
* Reviewing store performance regularly to provide feedback and develop improvement strategies.
* Providing coaching to enhance team performance in sales, operations, and customer service.
* Offering ongoing training in product knowledge, storytelling, and selling skills.
* Implementing sales strategies to meet growth targets.
* Managing inventory and store presentation according to guidelines.
* Monitoring traffic trends and rostering to maximize sales.
* Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards.
