We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Children's Practitioner to join our Safe & Well Kids (SAWK) team, delivering trauma-informed therapeutic support to children aged 0–12 who have experienced domestic and family violence and/or homelessness.

Who we are lookin g for
To be successful in this role you will have:
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in social work, psychology, counselling or a related field
* Experience working therapeutically with children and families
* An understanding of the impacts of trauma, particularly in the context of domestic and family violence
* Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across services and systems
W hat you will be doing
* Maintain a case load of families and liaise with the SAWK partners to ensure progression towards therapeutic goals.
* Provide customised therapeutic programs to individual children in their homes, other agencies, or schools.
* Work collaboratively within the RASA SAWK partnership to develop own reflective practice, therapeutic approaches, program methodologies, case management strategies, and contribute to effective and suitable referrals for families.
