What You'll Be Doing:
In this role, you’ll work side-by-side with the management team to oversee all aspects of the hotel, with a strong focus on guest experience, team development, and operational excellence.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
* Assisting in managing day-to-day hotel operations
* Leading and mentoring the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
* Supporting recruitment, training, and team development
* Ensuring property presentation and standards are consistently high
* Driving top-line revenue and achieving financial targets
* Building strong, professional relationships with residents and staff
* Identifying and implementing service and performance improvements aligned with business goals
