Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough assessments and develop clinical recommendations to support consumer activities of daily living, mobility, and transfers.
* Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to design and deliver evidence-based programs tailored to resident goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
* Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Australian working rights.
* Ability to obtain NDIS worker screening and National Police Check.
