About The Role
You will play a key leadership role supporting the Director of Nursing and multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, contemporary and culturally responsive care. As a Clinical Nurse Consultant (Relief), your advanced clinical expertise will contribute to quality improvement, professional practice and service development across the region.
In This Role
* Deliver advanced clinical leadership, expert assessment and consultancy to support safe, person-centred care.
* Partner with remote facility teams to enhance clinical capability, drive quality improvement and support evidence-based practice.
* Provide professional guidance, mentoring and education to strengthen nursing practice across the care continuum.
* Support system improvements, policy implementation and service redesign to meet emerging needs and organisational goals.

Key Requirements
Mandatory requirements include relevant tertiary degree qualification and appropriate registration/licences. A post graduate qualification or current enrolment in a post graduate program is highly desirable. C Class Motor Vehicle Licence is also required. Pre-employment screening will be conducted for the successful applicant.
