**About the Opportunity**
Reporting to the L&D; Operations Manager, the L&D; Early Careers Advisor (Graduate and Undergraduate Program) is a full-time permanent role. It will be will be responsible for delivering the Early Careers Graduate and Undergraduate programs under the national L&D; strategy. The role is responsible for strategic governance, Graduate professional development, co-ordination of rotations, reporting and administration of all programs across a range of departments.
Working as part of a national team, this role will work closely with the L&D; Leadership Team to ensure smooth planning, organisation, delivery, evaluation and reporting on the Graduate program as outlined in our national initiatives to increase retention, capability, drive high performance and improve culture across the business.
As part of the People & Culture team, you will have a key input in the L&D; life cycle, collaborating closely with our Talent Specialist and Business Partners to scope and develop program initiatives, resources and tools to develop Graduates and Under Graduates. This role provides you with the opportunity to make a real difference to our organisational performance, and our ability to recruit, develop and retain talent.
**Responsibilities** 
- Early Career program development and expansion across all business units with an initial focus on engineering streams 
- Engagement and management of Universities, program providers and legislative requirements 
- Overseeing program management, user experience, effectiveness, communications and reporting 
- High level engagement with key internal and external stakeholders to execute on program delivery strategies 
- Assist managers to develop Graduates and Under Graduates through access to quality learning and development programs and supporting communities of practice 
- Support the delivery and evaluation of internal rotations and scheduling
**About you**
Applicants with a Tertiary qualification in Business, Learning, Human Resource, psychology or related fields will be highly regarded.
