If you love helping others achieve their goals and want a job where every shift makes a genuine impact, we'd love to hear from you Our Community & Home Support Services team provides flexible, client-centred support across Geelong and surrounding areas — with hours available seven days a week, from early mornings to late evenings.
What you'll do
As a Personal Support Worker, you'll support people to live safely, independently, and on their own terms by providing:
Personal and self-care support including hygiene, dressing, eating and meal preparation
Light domestic tasks and assistance in daily living
Community access support, transport, shopping, and social outings
Opportunities for skill development aligned with support plans
Respectful, strengths-based assistance that upholds privacy and dignity
What you'll bring
A warm, empowering approach and genuine care for helping people achieve their goals
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain documentation, file notes and follow support plans
Flexibility to support a wide range of participants with individual needs
Professional integrity, reliability, and a person-centred mindset
You'll also need
Certificate III in Community Services (Disability) or equivalent
Current First Aid & CPR (within 12 months)
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working with Children Check
NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
