We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a project support specialist. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our project teams, ensuring efficient and effective project control and management.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
* Coordinating with team members to plan and execute project activities
* Preparing and maintaining project documentation, reports, and presentations
* Providing administrative support, including office supplies procurement, financial administration, and travel arrangements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 1+ years' experience in an office administration role
* Experience in project management or coordination
* Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher)
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
