About You
* Experience in sales administration or internal sales is ideal
* Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with clients
* Comfortable managing client relationships and handling enquiries
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Experience using CRM systems or sales platforms
* Ability to balance administration with commercial outcomes
The Role
* Manage inbound client enquiries via phone and email
* Support the BDM and sales team with internal sales activity
* Assist with renewals, training compliance, and client retention
* Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the existing client base
* Manage administrative processes, including enrolments, invoicing, and accounts receivable support
* Ensure follow-ups are completed, and client data is kept up to date
