**Client**
With portfolios spanning multiple asset classes, our client is a well-known property investment company. We are looking for an experienced Analyst to join their team to support across all facets of research, project financing, feasibility analysis, project due diligence, and acquisitions.
This is an opportunity to contribute through the delivery of insightful and informative analysis, reporting, and strategic development support.
**The Role**:
- Development of project feasibility modeling.
- Analysing complex economic and real estate market data.
- Preparation and management of market research, submissions, presentations, project reporting, forecast cash flows, and investor materials such as IMs and deal summaries.
- Maintaining transaction database of relevant sites and investments.
- Property, zoning, and location research.
- Tenant analytics and general assistance to the director and development managers.
- Working with the development and investment team to forecast and maintain project models and monitor/evaluate investment performance.
- Research reports, due diligence, and business case preparation for new development opportunities and investment recommendations.
**Key requirements**:
- Outstanding attention to detail and a high level of numeracy skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and a keen understanding of property investment analysis, town planning, and project feasibility analysis.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in commerce, economics, or property-related degree.
- Advanced knowledge of excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong financial acumen and attention to detail.
- Maintain awareness to change in legislation or circumstance which can affect the advice you provide to managers and internal clients and adapt accordingly.
