Job Summary
Holistic OT seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team. This is a senior-level role that requires a strong clinical background and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide occupational therapy services to clients with disabilities and dementia challenges.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of treatment plans.
* Supervise and train junior staff and students.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to strategic planning.
Requirements:
* Minimum five years of clinical experience working with adults, preferably older adults and those living with dementia or cognitive impairment.
* Minimum two years in a senior or supervisory role.
* Preferred experience working in Aged Care and Disability Sectors.
