**Best&Less;** has an opportunity for a **Part-time Team Member **to join the passionate and supportive team based at our Raymond Terrace & Salamander Bay stores. The position is for minimum 20 hours per week with the ability to flex up to 38 hours when required. We were after a bestie that will be able to travel between the 2 stores
As an integral member of the Gosford ‘Bestie’ team, you will be supported by a team who are genuinely interested in your success, have a 'down to earth' approach, are passionate about our product and genuinely enjoy working together!
**As a 'Bestie' Retail Team Member your role will include**:
- Creating a passionate & unique shopping experience for our customers
- Together with your team, create the ‘Bestie’ culture in store
- Drive for results, exceeding sales & profit for the store
- Ensure the store is tidy and well presented
**As a 'Bestie' Retail Team member you are recognised as someone who has**:
- 1-2 years’ experience in retail & Merchandising
- Passionate about the customer experience
- Desire to develop your career in retail
- A willingness to learn and develop
- Have a positive attitude - we can teach the rest!
