The Role
As Business Development Director, your primary focus will be to drive new business for the group globally but with an EMEA focus. Demonstrating a growth mindset, you'll identify key opportunities and secure partnerships that align with the agency's strategic objectives. This role requires a dynamic leader who can nurture senior stakeholder relationships and build and execute on strategies to secure a strong pipeline of work - by generating business leads and converting these to wins. Ultimately meeting targets for revenue generation and securing revenue globally.
What you'll do
* Strategic Planning for Business Development: work alongside the Vice President, Growth to develop and implement new business strategies that align with our overall growth strategy and the agency's goals and objectives; building a strong pipeline of new business, identifying opportunities for business expansion and revenue growth.
* Owning incoming leads and inbound enquiries: validating incoming leads, setting up initial intro calls, owning the credentials - collaborating with the wider YS team to nurture these conversations from incept to closing
* Pitch Leadership: Lead the development and delivery of compelling pitches, RFP's and presentations, working collaboratively with the creative, strategy, and
