Visual Merchandising Specialist
To succeed in this role, you will work within an allocated territory maintaining relationships with key retailers and supermarkets on an ongoing casual basis to ensure accurate execution of tasks.
About the Role:
* This position involves approximately 15 hours per week in assigned locations.
* Hours vary depending on business needs and are not limited to one store. Flexibility is required across Monday to Friday with Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday being essential days.
* We require an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities:
* You will drive strong relationships with store personnel.
* Build and maintain quality displays and planograms in store.
* Negotiate promotional space.
* Submit tasks & quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet.
* Represent our clients positively and professionally.
* Safely perform the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.
Requirements:
* Prior retail, supermarket or similar experience is highly desirable.
* A current Australian driver's licence and vehicle.
* Strong communication, organisational skills and attention to detail.
* The ability to work autonomously.
* The capability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role.
